The owner started as a volunteer at Stevens Hospital back in 2003 (currently Swedish Edmonds) and soon after she became a Certified Registered Nurse Assistant (CRNA), certified by the State of Washington in Dementia and Mental Health, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Food Handling Permit, HIV/AIDS Certified, Certified and Licensed for Subcutaneous Insulin Injection, Training in CPR/First Aid, TB Test, Manager Mental Health Specialty Certified, 48-Hour Multiple Adult Family Home Administrator, and yearly 12 hours of continuing education, in order to keep everything active and up-to-date.
